I don't know how she did it. Although we were just one of her customers she always answered the phone or got right back to us in s timely manner, was cheerfully optomistic in spite of a delayed closing that ended up taking 3 more months than predicted, and above all, she was highly professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We've worked with Gail both on the sale of property as well as rental of two properties. She really earns her money. We were down south in a frigid cold snap and feared the water pipes in our up-for-sale unoccupied cottage might freeze. She checked the place every day, alerted us when the temperature in the house dropped dangerously low due to lack of propane and even cleared the snow from the doorway when the plough guy failed to do the job.
